homemade ice gel bags

2 cups water
1 cup rubbing alcohol
food coloring (any color you choose)
2 Ziploc Freezer Bags (1 quart size)
1/3 cup vodka (80 proof) or any other 80 proof beverage can be substituted for the rubbing alcohol. But, do not drink the ice gel bag!
